New and Returning students, if you need assistance logging into your CCPS Rapid Identity Portal, please read this document very closely.

Student CCPS Portal Access.pdf

Steps for claiming an account: (this process cannot be done on a Chromebook, but can be done on a smart device)
a. Have the student go to my.clayton.k12.ga.us.
b. Have the student click “Claim my Account”.
c. Have the student enter lastname, firstname, and their ID#.
Note: this information MUST be entered exactly as it appears in Infinite Campus. ID# does NOT include the letter “S”.  The “S” becomes a part of a student’s username.
d. Have the student click “Next”.
e. Have the student create a password.
Note: Passwords cannot be reused and they must be at least 8 characters long.
f. Have the student re-enter the new password.
g. Have the student click “Next”.
h. Have the student answer only THREE challenge questions.
Reminder, students will need to remember these answers in order to reset their password in the future.
i. Have the student click “Next”.
This completes the claim process.

Key Panther PRIDE Reminders for our school:
ALL Forest Park Middle School students must be dressed in the school uniform each day (unless it is an approved change of dress day). The school uniform dress code can be found under our Students tab on this site.
In addition to uniforms,
ALL Panthers will be required to wear a mask while at school and have their temperature checked each day before entering the building.
ALL students have been (or will be) issued a Chromebook device that they will bring to school daily for instruction purposes. If students have devices checked-out from other schools or owe for damaged or missing devices or accessories, they will not be issued a second device. Parents must resolve these issues first.
School starts each day at 8:45 AM.
Each day of teaching and learning is vital to helping our Panthers achieve their goals. Attendance counts every day!
Bus
Here are this year's bus stop lists with driver names: Forest Park MS 2021.pdf If you do not know your assigned route number, please click here and enter your address and grade.

Do you need a district Chromebook? First, you will need to complete a ELBC user agreement form and bring it to the school at your scheduled time. This is a requirement for all students. ELBC User Agreement Form.pdf
If students have issues with their school-issued devices, please email our media specialist, Mrs. Bridgette Williams at [email protected]. She will enter a technology work order for the student.
If you need a hot spot to access the internet from home, please send Principal Drewry an email.
